Check the following two screenshots – just taken a couple of minutes ago from CNNTurk and Hurriyet – to see a proof that either CNNTurk or Hurriyet or both report wrong numbers in the vote count of Ankara.
See the Screenshot of Hurriyet:
And compare it with the screenshot from CNNTurk:
As said above, both screenshots were taken at almost the same time. Please click on the screenshots and open them in a new window to see, compare and study the details for yourself. See that on both screenshots the number of counted vote boxes in Ankara is given as 11.928. Note also, that on both screenshots the number of AKP votes in Ankara is given as exatly 1.380.943.
And than note that the number of CHP votes in Ankara at the same time is given at CNNTurk as 1.368.505 while at Hurriyet the number of AKP votes in Ankara is given as 1.370.210. This is just a difference of 1.705 votes, but the race is extremely tight and at such a time such small differences matter.
And, please consider an even more important question: Where does this difference in CHP votes come from? Note that the MHP vote counts are the same at the screenshots of CNNTurk and Hurriyet, while the BBP vote counts differ, too!
The only practical explanation for such a double mistake is that someone with access to the computer system manually manipulates the numbers. What is seen in these screenshots is not the pattern of a computing error but the pattern of a clumsy manual manipulation. This screenshots don’t answer the question of who did manipulate the data and why, but they are clear evidence that very critical vote data were manipulated before they were presented to the public by CNNTurk and Hurriyet, either those displayed on CNNTurk or those displayed on Hurriyet, or both.
